Terms of Service

Plain-English terms for using FindMyHotel. Last updated 12 October 2026.

1. Who we are

FindMyHotel.app (the “Service”) is operated by SOLODIGITALLTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17220868) (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What the Service is, and is not

FindMyHotel is a hotel and stay comparison service. When you search, we open well-known booking sites (such as Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Hotels.com, Hostelworld and Vrbo) with your destination, dates and number of guests already filled in, so you can compare what they offer. We are not a hotel, travel agency, tour operator, flight seller, car-rental or package-holiday company, and we do not take bookings or payments.

When you choose a stay, you book and pay the hotel or booking site directly on their website, under their terms. Any contract for your stay is between you and them.

3. Prices and accuracy

We do not show hotel prices, because we have no live hotel price feed. Rates, availability, fees and cancellation terms are shown by the hotel or booking site and change constantly. The price and terms on that site's own booking page are the ones that apply. Our guides (areas to stay, good months to visit) are general information, not a promise about availability or rates, and conditions change from year to year.

4. Cost, commissions and partner links

FindMyHotel is free to use and we do not add any fee or markup to any room rate. You pay the hotel or booking site directly, on their website, under their terms.

Some links on the Service are partner (affiliate) links. If you click one and make a booking, the partner may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing extra and does not change the price. Some links may not earn us anything.

Because you book and pay the hotel or partner directly, any change, cancellation or refund of your booking is handled by them. If we ever introduce a paid service, we will tell you clearly before you pay and the free search will remain free.

5. Re-check reminders

You can ask us to email you a reminder to re-check hotel rates for a destination and dates. Reminders are not price tracking: we have no hotel price feed, so we cannot tell you that a price has dropped, and we do not promise any saving. They are sent by email only, after you confirm your address, and you choose how often (weekly, every two weeks, or once a week before check-in). Every reminder contains a one-click link to stop it. We never send SMS messages and we never use your address for marketing. We may stop a reminder if the check-in date has passed, if emails to you bounce, or if we believe the reminder is being misused.

6. Fair use and acceptable use

We kindly ask everyone to use FindMyHotel as an individual traveller would. In particular, please do not:

  • send automated, scripted or very high-volume requests, or try to copy or resell our results in bulk;
  • probe, scan, overload, or attempt to break or bypass the Service or its protections;
  • use the assistant or any form to send spam, abuse, unlawful content, or someone else's email address without their permission;
  • try to make the assistant ignore its rules or reveal its instructions.

To keep the Service fast and fair, we apply rate limits and may temporarily or permanently block connections that appear automated or abusive, without notice where necessary. If you think we have blocked you by mistake, email support@findmyhotel.app and we will gladly look into it. Thank you for helping us keep this service free of clutter and open to everyone.

7. The AI assistant

The assistant helps you set up a search and understand how the Service works. It can make mistakes, it cannot book rooms, and it does not give legal, financial, medical, visa or immigration advice. Always check travel requirements and the final rate and cancellation terms with the hotel or booking site and the relevant authorities. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. Hotel, brand and booking-site names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning.

9. Availability and liability

We provide the Service “as is” and aim to keep it available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on our guides, reminders or links, hotel or booking-site actions (cancellations, changes, rate changes), or third-party websites. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to £100 to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to the Service or terms

We may improve or change the Service and these terms. We will update the date above, and for material changes we will say so on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
